Learning the ABC First Rib Maneuver™

Having shoulders that roll forward when a person relaxes then, immediately not roll forward when the person relaxes
after having you do the ABC First Rib Maneuver™ for them is something that virtually 
everyone in the healthcare field will tell you is impossible.

Since this conflicts with what others teach —
be prepared to change what you think you knew or what you were taught previously.

Also, please note there is very large difference between after the ABC First Rib Maneuver™ and after
the entire Advanced BioStructural Correction™ treatment protocol.

Before You Watch the Video

Take a before picture of yourself prior to watching the video even if you must use a mirror. Then, watch the video, do the physical testing on your body and do the maneuver on yourself as taught at the end.  
You will quickly note a difference.  Most people will answer yes to, "Notice more air, less effort." See if you do.
However, you will not feel as much of a change as you see in your picture.  Why?
Many people think they will feel better. This is a mistake. When your body works properly you do not feel the body. 
You will likely notice your shoulders more back but the pictures will show more than you feel.

☻ On some bodies the first rib is a major mechanical problem. Those people will notice large
     changes immediately.

☻ On other bodies the first rib is less of a mechanical problem but, they have larger mechanical
     problems elsewhere in the body. Those people will notice changes immediately but less so.

However, everyone getting the entire ABC™ treatment protocol makes the large changes I promise within a visit or few.
