Description
These are buildable foam pillows with multiple layers in the following heights:  1 – 2 inch, 2 – 1 inch, 2 – 1/2 inch, 1- 3/8 inch and 2 – ¼ inch.
The Original Pillow is 12.5″ x 18″, raw foam layers with pillow case. The Regular Pillow is 12.5″ x 22″, covered foam layers with a zippered case.
Instructions are included which tell you how to build your own pillow so the correct height is obtained to align your head and neck with your spine.
You’ll be astonished at how comfortable your sleep can be with a pillow adjusted to the correct height for you personally.
